Solitude Launched And Then It Took Off!

What a surreal few weeks!

Solitude released as scheduled on September 23rd. There were some glitches with a few of the streaming services mixing my song up with another artist. But I believe that is all sorted out.

I am humbled beyond words at the response it has gotten from fellow flutists. It is such a wonderful feeling when people who know what is involved appreciate and respect what you have accomplished.

Solitude received two fantastic critical reviews. One from award-winning flutist and teacher Jonny Lipford and one from Steve Sheppard, a renowned music critic. You can read both of them on the Solitude Page.

One World Music Radio (Europe’s number one radio station for New Age, Instrumental and Independent Music) has been incredibly supportive.

• They have added Solitude to several of their playlists/feature shows
• They placed it at #13 on their Top 100 Singles Chart of August (amazing since it came out at the end of the month)
• They awarded it as a Top Single of August, which nominates it for their Song of the Year Award.

Fellow musician and flutist Tommy Graven posted a fantastic reaction video to Solitude on his YouTube channel. You can find it on the Solitude Page.

In a few days, I will perform Solitude live for the firs time. Fingers crossed I pull it off and that there will be video to prove it. If so you’ll find it posted on all my socials soon.
